Ever since its
foundation, Peace Aluminum Factory considered quality
control with crucial importance. There is a Quality
Testing Department, which is directly under the charge
of the vice factory director, which realizes the entire
process of calculation and management of quality. We
have set up quality calculation and control system that
enables Peace’s aluminum products measure up to the
national standard and all have passed the testing. In
this way, customers’ benefit is guaranteed and Peace’s
competitiveness is enhanced.
To control the quality of products
more effectively and improve the technology of product
testing, the company introduced whole sets of advanced
analysis testing instrument from America and Germany
(including cupping machine, column bending machine,
impact apparatus, CG5 chromatism meter, three-angle
glossmeter, pencil hardness meter and six-point furnace
temperature recording, etc.) to make the process faster,
more accurate and more complete.
